Function Room Available to Hire
Mottram Cricket Club is available for hire for your next family event, special occasion or business function.
Our modern and fully licensed function room can cater for lots of events including birthday parties, christenings, wedding breakfasts and funerals. Our kitchen facilities can be made available upon request.
Room hire costs are set to cover some of our bar staff, energy and cleaning costs.
Please note, the committee reserves the right to reject a booking, for example, 18th Birthday Parties may not be permitted.
Our typical room hire fees for evening/peak-time functions (such as Birthday Parties, Anniversary Celebrations, Leaving Parties etc) are:
- Members | £50 hire fee and £50 refundable deposit
- Non-Members | £100 hire fee and £100 refundable deposit
If you want to understand pricing for midweek or daytime events such as a Baby Shower or Funeral then please let us know via the form and we will get in touch to discuss.
Things to Note:
- Hire fee includes 1 hour of set-up time. Additional set-up time can be agreed at the discretion of the Bar Steward
- Your deposit will be returned confirmed the room has been left in an acceptable manner. Please allow 7 working days for this to processed
