AGM Postponement

Dear Members,



I am writing to advise that the 2024 AGM will be postponed from the original date of Tuesday 3rd December.

A new date in early 2025 will be announced as soon as possible.

Remedial building work required in recent days and weeks have hampered key preparation for the AGM. There is also a significant likelihood that further work will need to be carried out, raising the possibility the club will need to be closed at the scheduled time of the AGM.

As such, with the festive season also approaching, we feel it is best to identify a new date early in 2025, when the work schedule is clearer.

Apologies for the late notice, but we have been exploring all other options before opting to postpone.
