The below post is a round up of the EGM, held at Mottram CC, 20:00 on Monday 23rd January 2023. Minutes will be posted to the website once they have been approved by the Executive Committee.

Resolution 1 (Proposed new structure and associated amendments to the club rules) was passed, with overhwelming support in the room for the channge. The rules and structure have now been adopted.

For Resolution 2 (Nominations for new roles created within the proposed new structure) the following people were elected in the roles.

• Vice Chair - Stefan Fielding
• Finance Lead - Mark Hannon
• Senior Cricket Lead - James Dadge
• Bar & Social Lead - Mitch Wood
• Grounds & Facilities Lead - Ted Shaw
• Club Secretary & Media Lead (Single Role) - Adam Fitton

For Resolution 3 (Vice Captaincy Roles) the following people were elected in the roles.

• 1st XI Vice Captain - Daniel Brightmore
• 2nd XI Vice Captain - Ayrton Fielding
• 3rd XI Vice Captain - William Davis
