Membership, Bar, Licensing & Social Update
Membership
The club is delighted with how the new membership structure has operated throughout 2022 and has allowed us to simplify the administrative burden.
Members are politely reminded that standing order membership payments are due for 12 months of the year, not just within the months of the season.
For those paying yearly, payments will become due again on 1st April 2023.

Social
We would like to remind everyone, that the club will continue to operate throughout the winter, showing plenty of live sport and hosting many social nights throughout the winter.
More on this will be posted on the website in the coming days and weeks, including as ever, monthly quiz nights, open mic nights and the annual brass band carol concert.
Please do you best to support the club however you can, be it to watch the football, or at social events between now and April.
Bar & Licensing
The club is pleased to announce the recent license application was a success. We embarked on this process at the request of Tameside Licensing, as we were operating an old style license. The new license updates items and brings it into line with 2022.
Whilst we have managed to stave off price rises at the bar for over two years now, we are now in a position where we must implement increases from October, owing to greatly increased purchasing costs, vastly increased running costs and a requirement to register for Value Added Tax from October. We appreciate rises aren't immaterial and will endevour to hold the new prices at their new levels for as long as possible.
