I think with some further developments, on and off the field, we can realise the full potential of our club and create a legacy that lasts well beyond any single season ." Stephen Scott was also confirmed as the new Junior Cricket Lead at the EGM. Stephen is the current 4th XI captain and will continue in this role alongside his new role with the junior set-up. He replaces Chris Green-Buckley who remains 3rd XI captain but has stepped down from the junior role due to increased work committments On being confirmed in the role, Stephen said: "I am very excited and proud to be taking up this role. I have seen first hand as 4th XI captain and a parent, the good work that has gone into the junior set-up over the past few years.
